The golf gift you didn’t know you wanted

I recently gave a full rundown of What’s in my Golf Bag, and I was actually floored to get so many comments and DM’s about the one thing I did NOT focus on with that post… the head covers!

That got me thinking… holiday season is right around the corner. While everyone else will be making lists like “What to get for the golfer on your holiday shopping list…” I feel compelled to do a 180* and turn it around here so that I can advocate for YOU, my amazing reader. THIS is the golf gift you didn’t know you wanted. And, girl, I’m giving you the direct links to the goods. Don’t just drop a hint - be direct & specific and ask for the head cover you want this holiday season. And don’t tell me you need to “wait until you get new clubs” because you can transfer head covers onto any clubs! Add some style on that golf bag this holiday season.

Make your golf bag your own. Protect your clubs with a flair of personalization. Browse now, decide what you like, and put a fun & unique golf head cover on your holiday wish list.

My head covers

I have 3 custom head covers on my bag. They are all Queen City Links Ladies branded. Some of you guys have them if you attended events where I did giveaways. They are ultra limited edition. Two of the designs had only 10 made each by @slickestgolf, and the most recent design was a 30 count print from Zalea’s.

Slickest Golf (@slickestgolf on Instagram) made 2 of the designs: the hand cut & stitched leather (3 Wood), and the teal printed leather (5 Wood). Will is a Cincinnatian, and has done so many awesome designs you can view on his Insta account. The ones I love the most are when he makes old Coach bags into head covers. Yes, he turns designer handbags into golf head covers. Yeah… think about it!

Zalea’s did a run for me of this black custom QCLL design, and it’s beautiful!!! Zoe Walker hand makes all of the head covers in Georgia, and she has so many fun designs on her website.

Some people like getting a pet-inspired head cover. Check out WoofSwinger shop on Etsy.

Sports teams - I’m sure you can easily find dozens of these but here’s a cute one it’s all knitted by Grandma herself - Check out Grandma’s Knit shop on Etsy.

Classic TV show - I mean, who doesn't love The Office?

This Taylor Swift inspired head cover is highly coveted!

I could not find this on Etsy BUT maybe if you are crafty you can do something similar yourself. Or get Will Chickering of @SlickestGolf to craft your Taylor inspired head cover.

You get the idea. The possibilities are endless here. Get creative. Personalize your golf bag by getting something fun & unique to YOU. Get something you LOVE. Buy it for yourself or put it on your holiday wish list. (And yeah maybe think about that other golfer in your life, if you so choose to delight them by giving something cool like this, do it!)

Happy shopping!
PS: Please let me know if you browsed and found some cool head covers. I would really enjoy hearing about it: seeing a picture of what you selected, or just a link to a design you love.
